My have a rental property with a great family whom we'd like to ensure they stay for a long time. I received a call from the tenet that the garage door would not open with the remote. Upon checking the battery and doing whatever I could, I called Precision and they sent someone out with in two hours on a Saturday. The technician, Jeffrey, was able to troubleshoot the problem, malfunctioning opener, and replace it with in and hour. Additionally, he programmed all the remotes and the tenets car. Very professional.

He was super knowledgable, through and fast. Tim also was very kind and patient. That is such an added bonus. It is so refreshing to deal with a competent, professional and nice human being.
