Precision would have gotten 5 stars. I gave only 4 because I was not presented with a detailed estimate of what was going to be replaced repaired etc.. I believe on your home page that this is what was advertised. The tech was very courteous, professional and upbeat. After inspecting the job. He explained everything that was going to be done. He then presented me with a piece of paper with three prices. That dealt with the price of the repairs and length of warranty options. Other than that, I'm very happy with the work and would recommend Precision to my Neighbors.

I had a hurricane door installed two years ago that came out perfect so I decided to get the key pad installed. It’s a life saver when I’m working outside and want the door closed. Only took 10-15 minutes to put in. Mike the installer was very helpful with the operation of the key pad. Would highly recommend precision door for all your needs.

The girl on the phone was nice but the total price she quoted me for parts and installation should have included their hidden fees... the installer used scare tactics to pressure the upsale. Even if his prediction comes true i will use a different company for new service especially since they wont warranty the work they performed. Before leaving a review i replied to the owners email asking how my service was and i simply got a generic response back asking to leave a review about my experience but no apology for my dissapointing experience. Im sure other people have great reviews but my experience was a dud. The technician wasnt rude but i didnt care for his method of up selling.

My have a rental property with a great family whom we'd like to ensure they stay for a long time. I received a call from the tenet that the garage door would not open with the remote. Upon checking the battery and doing whatever I could, I called Precision and they sent someone out with in two hours on a Saturday. The technician, Jeffrey, was able to troubleshoot the problem, malfunctioning opener, and replace it with in and hour. Additionally, he programmed all the remotes and the tenets car. Very professional.

We needed to have a very old system fixed. Interestingly our system was older then the technician who came to fix it. Our technitian was Tim Vaughn. He was outstanding. He was super knowledgable, through and fast. Tim also was very kind and patient. That is such an added bonus. It is so refreshing to deal with a competent, professional and nice human being.
