Our Lift-master remote garage opener just decided to stop working today Sunday! We called Precision and they were able to schedule same day service! I called Precision because I always see/hear the commercials and knew the company off the top of my head. I was extremely happy the technician was able to arrive same day and only a few hours after my call. Jackson Letterman was my technician and he was fantastic. Very professional. Very polite. He was thorough with his explanation of what repairs were needed. The job was done quickly and with little impact on my family's daily routine. I've gone with a different company previously for cost and convenience reasons. As it turns out they installed incorrect parts which may have caused the issues I needed to repair this time. Moving forward I will be a Precision customer without question. Thank you.

Highly disappointed at the way Precision Door handled my business. First I was told one costs while making the appointment. Upon arrival the guy literally gave me a quote 5x what I was quoted on phone for all these other parts I should upgrade. Once I argued it all I was given a quote for just the replacement of my springs. Then once the job was done I was told because I only did the springs and nothing else. I only get a 1yr warranty not 3. Just not what I expected from them. Never again will I contact you.

Our garage door opener died after 17 years so I call Precision. The tech came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He gave us several options including patching it up to complete replacements . Decided to replace with a new Genie system with belt drive because they are so much quieter than the old chain drive we had. All work completed the same day and he had everything on the truck including rollers and a new spring. Very satisfied with the quality and the tech.
