I went to leave for work but my garage door wouldn’t open all the way so I called Precision and a technician was dispatched to my home within hours of my call. The technician was very friendly and courteous and completed the service in a timely manner. I am very thankful for the quick service and getting my issue resolved.

Precision was there for me when I needed them. My 20 year old garage door opener was working intermittently. I called them on Friday morning and there serviceman (John Duff) was at our house that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. The repairman showed up on time. It took him about 2 hours to repair the 2 garage doors. I was given an estimate of the total cost to do the job and I thought it was terrible high. But I agreed to pay it as I needed for the doors to be repaired. After closely reviewing the printed receipt, I realized why it was so high. There were items that were unexplainable. I called the office to talk to the owner but he was not available. I will see what he says and make a separate report. As of now I do not recommend their services.

Fantastic company to deal with. Friendly, willing to explain all the questions you have. Jeremy Rossi came out to find out what trouble we were having. After doing a complete inspection of our garage door we needed to replace a lot of things. In the end, we decided to replace the entire door. Jeremy was great and was willing to do anything that we wanted. We made an appointment for the following week. Carlos Morales installed our door and was very professional, couldn't be nicer. When he was finished he was sure to explain all that he had done and also how to care for it. wonderful company!!!!!
