Precision had replaced the springs and some parts in the garage door about 2 yrs. ago and did excellent job. This time the opener died and they replace it with a new belt driven drive which is very quite. James, the technician was very cordial and helpful. Since both springs were 18 years old, he recommended replacement of 7 year warranty springs. A professional job done in less than an hour, and he did arrive prior to the assigned appointment.
