Called Precision to fix garage door that wouldn’t open even in emergency latch mode. Years of experience & had a great many people suggest them. Cameron & his partner were amazing! I unfortunately didn’t get the partner’s name, but both were friendly & explained everything. I thought it was just my springs and they walked me through exactly what needed to be replaced to prolong my garage door’s life! Excellent Excellent & Excellent! Would recommend to everyone!

After our door only opened 3/4 of the way up, we needed repair after I backed out and caught the bottom of the door with our car roof. Jose was sent out within 15 minutes because he was in the area. He examined the damage, was able to straighten the bent pieces and put on new weatherstripping along with some recommended springs & rollers in just a couple of hours. You can't even hear our door opening and closing anymore. Very satisfied with the work!! Professionally done and friendly service

We unfortunately damaged our garage door when backing out of the garage such that the door would not remain closed. I called Precision and a tech named Aaron arrived 1 hour later:) This was. marvelous response to our somewhat dire situation. Aaron is an absolute pleasure to deal with as his demeanor and thoroughness are top notch!!! We were given 2 options: one to try as best as possible to repair the damage on the spot. The 2nd option was go another step up: -- try the repair and IF we were not satisfied, we would not be charged for the repair and the 2nd option would be done later on. I called Precision several months ago when our spring broke. Since I got such good service then I decided to call them again. Our door made so much noise when opening and closing, I was afraid it was going to fail any time. Again your service man, Josue Lombay arrived within the time you said. He was very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I could tell he knew what he had to do. I decided then to do the entire job including new rollers and rubber bottom seal. I was very surprised when he said he could do the entire job that day. I was even more surprised he completed the entire job in less than two hours, including connecting in our car signal.
