This was my first maintenance check on my Garage door and opener. The survey selections did not include the name of my technician (which was Dallas Frazier) who was polite, informative and educated me on maintenance. He replaced the rollers, lubricated and made some minor adjustments. Great job !!

After price shopping 2 companies for a new spring for a single door I then called Precision @ about 11AM. Spoke with a nice lady and got a price quote better than the other 2 companies. No service charge & being a member of the BBB helped make my decision easier. The lady tells me she can have someone to my home between Noon & 2PM on the same day! Keith showed up at 12:30 & completed the job perfectly & also gave me advise on maintenance! A job well done! Thank you Precision Door!
