We selected precision garage doors because they have installed a motor on our existing home in 2019 We called precision. They answered in a timely manner, very pleasant and very understanding. They assured us they would have the earliest technician come to the home which was exactly the same day 12 to 4. They were here at 12:05. Nick was a technician that they sent. He was not only here in a timely manner very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Very proud of what he does, and loves his job. Absolutely the best customer service! My garage door broke on Saturday and I called Monday to schedule a repair. Was able to have someone out the same day. Mike went over the issues with me and based on the age of the door and opener I decided to replaced them verses being repaired since they were over 20 years old. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Orion. The only complaint I have is paying $43.00 apiece for 10 rollers. That comes to $430.00. Is labor included in that price? That is a lot of money for 10 little wheels!

Service was great. Technician was professional. Was able to get an appointment the next day after calling on a Sunday. However, these were the most expensive garage door opener springs I ever heard of (10X the normal cost available at big box store). Unfortunately, I was in a predicament to get this repaired quickly. I am a DIY'er but just had back surgery and could not do this myself. Two stars overall due to feeling ripped off.
