Our garage door was no longer opening or cloing correctly and that is why we contacted Precision Garage Door, now this happend on Sunday and they called us back immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. They called Monday to confirm and were there exactly when they said. They looked over our door and agreed with my husband that our door was okay but everything else neede to be replaced, the ytried to get a part for our Genie, but turns out it was made in 2003 when our villa was built and they no longer made any parts for hat year. The representative who came out was more than helpful, very professional and courteous. Explaining everyhting to my husband, our garage door now opens and closes like a dream and is so quiet!!! We will definitley recommend your company to our neighbors and friends here at Heritage Pines.

I went with Precision because there was a Precision sticker on the garage door left from the previous homeowners. It was very nice to get same-day service. It sucked that I had to have the entire opener and associated mechanism replaced. My technician, Sean Wolf, was professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Though it hurt parting with the money, Sean made the experience worthwhile. Can't thank him enough.

Excellent customer support from the person answering my initial call to the tech Cameron, who assessed, went over my options and then did the repair. This was completed in record time. We are repeat customers because our experience with Precision has been excellent. On of our torsion springs broke the other day and we could not get in or out of the garage. Precision came out immediately. Our technician was amazing. He gave us very good advise on the type of torsion spring we should get and then in an hour had the new ones installed along with related parts.
