Dillon arrived shortly after I called Precision Garage Door on 3/6/25 to request service on a broken garage door springs. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, thoroughly assessed all the parts of a very old garage door, and gave me the items needing replacement. It is rare in this day and age to find someone with Dillon's integrity and work ethic! I highly recommend Dillon to evaluate your garage door and complete the repair in an efficient manner. I will not have anyone other than Dillon repair my garage door in the future. Dillion is definitely a valuable asset to Precision Door Company!

I have said it before and when I had my door initially installed back in May, I wanted to use a good reputable company. I didn’t want to try using a local Handiman to save a few dollars. I’m so glad I made that decision. Due to mobility issues that I have now,there is no way I could go up on a ladder to link the opener with my Aladdin app. The check came here and did it all for me and refused to charge me. I absolutely highly recommend precision door for anyone that needs a garage door. It may cost a few bucks more, but absolutely well worth every penny!

Luke did a great job installing the (2) new 'sensors' for my garage door, yesterday (12-5-24) ... just as he had done previously, on 12-26-23, on my garage door. * This is the Invoice date I called for a copy of, this morning, in the amount of $490.00. The email confirmation I received from you, did not include the 'icon' invoice receipt, normally sent for payment confirmation (so I could click on it). I called to request a copy of that receipt this morning and hope to receive a copy soon, so I can keep up on what has been done on my garage door, moving forward.
