We have 5 garage doors here. 2 main garage doors had openers (belt) replaced, springs replaced, rollers replaced and openers programmed. One had springs and rollers replaced. All 5 were inspected and lubed. The technician provided us with several options. The work was completed in one day as quoted. Craig came and explained he could not repair the little hole in the door. He did however replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door and helped us keep water from coming in under the door by building up the area under the door to make a barrier to stop the water. He was very polite and seemed knowledgeable of the products you have to offer. He did not try to sell us something we did not need. I would reccomend your company to anyone in need of garage door repair. Thank you so much.
