Travis came out to the house this morning, he is a very nice individual. I showed him the problem. He looked it over and explained what had happened, and gave me 3 options to fix it. I had it fixed and it is so quiet and works great. I am very pleased with Travis, I will definetly recommend them. And will use them in the future if needed.

I choose Precision door service because they had installed the original door and motor. After 25 years, I needed work on the door and a new motor. The service man came withing a few hours of my call, and after inspection the door and motor, gave me an estimate of 3 choices.
