Today, Chris Poland responded to our need to replace the door openers and tracks, springs, etc. What a fine company representative. Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service. The repairman showed up on time. It took him about 2 hours to repair the 2 garage doors. I was given an estimate of the total cost to do the job and I thought it was terrible high. But I agreed to pay it as I needed for the doors to be repaired. After closely reviewing the printed receipt, I realized why it was so high. There were items that were unexplainable. I called the office to talk to the owner but he was not available. I will see what he says and make a separate report. As of now I do not recommend their services.

Fantastic company to deal with. Friendly, willing to explain all the questions you have. Jeremy Rossi came out to find out what trouble we were having. After doing a complete inspection of our garage door we needed to replace a lot of things. In the end, we decided to replace the entire door. Jeremy was great and was willing to do anything that we wanted. We made an appointment for the following week. Carlos Morales installed our door and was very professional, couldn't be nicer.
