Chad came to talk about the need for a new door. He was friendly, informative and professional. That was on Friday and then only 3 days later, Monday, Jerry and Sherman came for the install. The guys who removed my 40 yr old garage door and installed a new Amarr insulated door did a great job and quicker than expected. When I purchased a new opener several months later due to an early Black Friday sale at one of the big box stores, I realized that the spring bearing bracket was in the way and that I did not have enough clearance to install the opener track due to my low garage ceiling. Seth came out and moved the spring and bracket out of the way and installed quick turn brackets that increased my clearance to 3 1/2", more than enough to install the opener/track. All with no additional charges! Great experience, company and employees.
