This was the first time I used Precision and I have to admit it was a shot in the dark. I was not disappointed. I could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. I thought that all I needed was a new remote but Robert also found some other minor issues which he took care of. He also gave me a brief tutorial on how to properly take care of my garage door system. And the cost of the repairs and new remote was reasonable. This is a company I will seek again if needed.

Danny came out inspected the damaged lift and came in with explanation in full . I am a new widow in a new house . He made me feel comfortable and brought back a better price than expected. I found that my garage door spring broke on late on July 3 and wasn't sure if I was going to get someone out to fix it because the next day was the 4th of July. I called a few vendors but they their schedule didn't allow me to get service till July 5th and I didn't care for the customer service response. I then remembered having Precision Garage Doors replace my rollers a few years ago. They were able to schedule me for service on July 4th. I was very impressed with the customer service rep and technical rep (Joshua Figueroa) that repaired my broken springs. I also had him replace the worn bearings and drive shaft because the original installers tightened the bolts to tightly on the springs and damaged the drive shaft. He provide me with an upfront information of the problems and than provide 4 corrective solutions and pricing. Once all the repairs and replacement of the door opener where complete, Andrew reviewed all the operations of the replaced units and even updated my car internal remote to open the garage door.
