Granted I have had little to none experience with garage door companies, Precision Overhead Garage Door was, hands down, the most convenient, hassle-free, professional experience I've had getting something replaced. I was grateful for the 24/7 operator, but also grateful to use the website chat and book an appt the same day! The tech, Chris Pinnegar, was there early for the appt, knowledgable about all things garage door and replacement and had the new garage door installed the next day by noon. Jason Daring was my Precision professional and I was very happy with the entire experience. He was on time, friendly and patient with my questions. He presented all options to me to assist me in staying within budget. He was also efficient but thorough. The new motor is amazing! It hardly makes any noise as it opens and closes. I love the battery feature; it allows usability for a couple days if there is a power outage. As the battery's shelf life is deteriorating, it will beep and show how much "life" is left on the garage opener. The battery is a quick fix and should last for 2-3 years depending on usage. I would recommend this company, but more specifically, Jason Daring, to fix my garage door! Thank you! :)
