Called first thing on a Monday morning after part of our garage door broke over the weekend. By 10:30 am Joshua Figueroa arrived to get it repaired. When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. I was grateful for the 24/7 operator, but also grateful to use the website chat and book an appt the same day! The tech, Chris Pinnegar, was there early for the appt, knowledgable about all things garage door and replacement and had the new garage door installed the next day by noon.
