Customer service was good. Called for approval when technician was available earlier than scheduled service window. Our technician Christian was friendly, polite and efficient. Trouble areas were identified and shown to me. After a bit of sticker shock, Christian completed the work in less time than expected. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door and I was quite happy about it. Christian provided the service and he was quite thorough inspecting the current opener and confirmed the issue. He provided quotes for repairing the current opener versus a new one. We opted for new since ours was about 20 years old. Great service and timely, he also helped set up our cars. Great guy.
