I called on Saturday, Chris came out on Sunday, earlier than promised (but called first to make sure it was OK!). He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem pretty quickly, and the charge was reasonable. He gave me some advice on service another door might need but didn’t push to get the order right then. I will call them back to fix that door when I’m ready. I wish all home repairs were this way!

I chose Precision based on it's professional reputation and it's high grades on "Angie's List". I would rate my experience at 5 stars due to the quality of the "re-build" work that was done, the quick time in which it was completed and the knowledge, skill and friendliness of the technician ( Chris), that performed the job.

From advertising. During research I was expressed you posted picture of the service man who would be during the work. Service man thoroughly checked everything and reported what had to be repaired and what did not need repair at this time. He answered all questions. I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. He had me try the door several times, told me what he replaced. Very satisfied with the work, appearance and manner. I would recommend Precision and give them a five star rating.
