She was professional, pleasant, courteous and listened to my problem; gave a choice of appointments and told me who the tech was. The technician, Isak, called prior to the appointment time and gave an ETA. He was prompt, listened to my problem and what I did to try to rectify, and what was still happening. I called because we had used this company several years ago for a garage door alignment. I first spoke with Anthony who politely and efficiently assessed my situation, explained my options, and set up an evening appointment with a tech for the same day. Within an hour Alanna called and and said they had an earlier appointment time if I wanted it. I agreed. About 10 minutes before the appointment time the technician, Chad, arrived. He assessed the unit and as expected advised a new one would be the way to go. (The current unit was approximately 11years old) He advised me of my options and then proceeded to efficiently and neatly remove the old unit and replace it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When the job was completed, he cleaned up all the debris and he went over the unit operation so I was familiar with it. All three of the employees I had contact with were great. Over the years we had Precision Doors come out to resolve problems. Spring replacements, panel replacement, opener replacement. This time it was the whole two car garage door and associated items.
