Had new door installed. Was done quickly and professionally by the crew. The door had a minor kink in one of the panels. They immediately ordered and installed a replacement panel. A couple of weeks prior to deciding on a new door, we had bad springs replaced. Because we subsequently bought the new door, the amount we paid for the spring repair was deducted from or door bill. Great customer service!

My experience with Precision was a good one. The receptionist that took the call was polite and assisting. Even though my appointment time was later in the day, The receptions called back to advise me that a technician was available earlier, and could be at my house. The Residential Technician, Keith Allen was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He worked in a timely manner and advised me how to perform oil maintenance on the garage door.
