After price shopping 2 companies for a new spring for a single door I then called Precision @ about 11AM. Spoke with a nice lady and got a price quote better than the other 2 companies. No service charge & being a member of the BBB helped make my decision easier. The lady tells me she can have someone to my home between Noon & 2PM on the same day! Keith showed up at 12:30 & completed the job perfectly & also gave me advise on maintenance! A job well done! Thank you Precision Door!

I was mainly concerned about the noise my door made, and while they fixed that I guess there was some other work that needed to be done. It was a little bit pricey, but okay.
