Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service. I want to thank Precision and Austin for the excellent service I just received. This evening at 6pm on July 3rd, I pulled into the driveway and the garage door would not open. I went in thru the front door and when I looked in the garage, the spring had broken. I called Precision and I was told the tech would be there in 20 minutes. Austin arrived within in that time and replaced the springs in roughly 30 mins. Basically from when I called to when the job got completed, it was about 1 hr on a Friday night (and a holiday for most people). Thank you so much. Would highly recommend Precision!
