After price shopping 2 companies for a new spring for a single door I then called Precision @ about 11AM. Spoke with a nice lady and got a price quote better than the other 2 companies. No service charge & being a member of the BBB helped make my decision easier. The lady tells me she can have someone to my home between Noon & 2PM on the same day! Keith showed up at 12:30 & completed the job perfectly & also gave me advise on maintenance! A job well done! Thank you Precision Door!

My initial call was handled promptly and an appointment was set for the same day. Matt came to my house, and called me ahead of time to give me a heads up he was close. He was professional and explained what he found after examining my garage door. He showed me the problem and made suggestions for the repair, and did everything site on scene. No complaints; I love a business that operates smoothly for the customer, which this one does!!! Although I am hoping for no future problems, I now have a company who I can call and trust. Thanks!!!
