PRECISION GARAGE DOOR IS VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH, THE YOUNG LADY BRITTNEY CAME TODAY AND GAVE US ALL THE INFORMATION AND SAID THEY WILL BE ABLE TO INSTALL A NEW DOOR MONDAY WHEN OTHER COMPANIES WE CALL SAID IT MIGHT TAKE 2 0R 3 WEEKS BECAUSE SUPPLIES ARE BACKED UP. THE PRICE WAS FAIR, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVE THE DOOR INSTALLED

Precision installed a new door for me a few years ago. They did a great job. The door started acting up and I didn't know why so I called them out. They came out right away and explained to me that somehow the sensor got knocked and it was affecting the door not closing properly. They adjusted the sensor and everything was perfect again. They didn't even charge me for a service call. What great service and a great company.

Robert T. came over to fix my garage door that wouldn’t budge. Not only was he able to fix it in no time, he also provided me with a ton of information about my garage door that I had no clue about. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and going forward I will be specifically asking for Robert when I need to service my garage door again. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had since moving out to Florida.

I could not believe how fast & efficient Josh worked. When he was complete the garage door never worked so smoothly or quietly since we built the house in 2007. A great company to do business with. I called them for a non-emergency issue on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. Prompt, professional, and friendly service. Service Tech Jesse Burns was excellent, he listened to our problems and concerns, diagnosed the problem(s), and offered us a number of options. No ordering of parts - he had everything needed for the repairs! He kept us apprised of the work and was great to work with. Thanks much and would definitely use you guys again! P.S. my only complaint is the door is too darn quiet now opening and closing! LOL

Mr. Jason Darling installed a new garage door opener on August 8, 2020. He arrived on time and was observing all COVID 19 protocols. Mr. Daring was very professional and explained the features and options of the different openers. After, the decision was made he started and worked tirelessly in 100 degree temperatures for about two hours installing the new garage door opener. Then explained the operation and equipment. Oh!!! he collected the money. Very pleased with the service and equipment.

He assessed the issue and determined the motor was no longer providing reliable current and needed to be replaced. After reviewing all the options, we chose to have both garage door openers replaced.
