Have used Precision in the past for repairs on previous garage door. Always came on time and reasonably priced. So we called when we knew we needed a new door. Again, reasonably priced. Chad came to talk about the need for a new door. He was friendly, informative and professional. That was on Friday and then only 3 days later, Monday, Jerry and Sherman came for the install. They were so efficient for the install. They arrived early this morning and got it done! Nice guys too and informative, neat and professional. Can't say enough about them. I was so impressed I ordered an additional garage door opener install for my third bay door as well as replacing old parts of an existing unit. Contacted Precision on New Years Day after finding garage door not opening. They were able to give me an appointment TODAY, at 2-6 PM. 10 Minutes later, I received a call from them saying they had an opening at 12-2 PM. 20 Minutes later, got call from technician Matt Hink saying he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Matt arrive with his Mask on and after assessing the problem, provided me a quote with options. An hour later he was done and also lubed the rollers and hinges. He was very polite and professional. I'm very happy I called them.

A Precision employee came out to fix my garage door. By the end of looking into everything, they told me I needed a new motor, there's no way it can be fixed, and the price point starts at $599. I decided to wait, and look into it more. Found another company that would charge $350 for a new motor/installation/warranty, and had them come out. They loosened a bolt that was jammed, reset the system, garage door immediately started working and I was charged $65 for everything. The nice gentleman said we don't need a new motor, it's a simple fix. Either Precision rips people off, or they need to train their employees better.

We had a big surprise when we came home yesterday evening around 5:30 PM, Our garage door would not open. I determined that one of the springs was broken. We quickly looked up a possible company that could fix it right away. I remembered all the Adds that said you could send someone out ASAP. We looked up Precision and found a company in New Port Richey. They sent a technician out right away. Brian Harman came out, assessed the problem and recommended several choices to pick from. Once that was decided, Brian went to work. He worked efficiently and quickly. He was friendly and courteous. The job was done and he thanked us. Well we surely thanked him and your company for doing such and excellent job. I highly recommend that Brian be congratulated for his fine service. He is a big asset to your company. The guys who removed my 40 yr old garage door and installed a new Amarr insulated door did a great job and quicker than expected. When I purchased a new opener several months later due to an early Black Friday sale at one of the big box stores, I realized that the spring bearing bracket was in the way and that I did not have enough clearance to install the opener track due to my low garage ceiling. Seth came out and moved the spring and bracket out of the way and installed quick turn brackets that increased my clearance to 3 1/2", more than enough to install the opener/track. All with no additional charges! Great experience, company and employees.
