I called at 11pm on Monday night , I was given a appointment for 10 am the next day with a 4 hour window. The technician Phil arrived around 11 am he was a great guy, he knows what he's doing, great personality, and 2 hours later my door was opening and closing like new. I went to close my garage door, it only went a couple of inches. Not wanting to leave my garage open over night, I manually closed the door. And called Precision and the operator told me they would have somebody out the next morning. The next morning I got a text followed by a phone call from the repair technician.
