I have had this company at my house for other service; and every time the service has been outstanding !! Today they replaced the door opener and were superior, both the technician and the product.

The service was quick and convenient (same day - within hours). The repair man was courteous, helpful, and professional. We were very impressed and satisfied with the entire experience except for the price - the cost of the repair was more than I expected (total came to $1365 to replace ball bearings, springs, and seal). Again, there was no pressure to do the repair, and we opted to have it done anyway. Would still recommend the company, but knowing what I know now about the cost, I would shop around next time.
