Our garage was off balance and we called Precision. When they came they found out that they didn't place the springs correctly the last time they had repaired our garage door. So they took care of it this time and didn't charge us anything for it. Not even the service charge. Granted I have had little to none experience with garage door companies, Precision Overhead Garage Door was, hands down, the most convenient, hassle-free, professional experience I've had getting something replaced. I was grateful for the 24/7 operator, but also grateful to use the website chat and book an appt the same day! The tech, Chris Pinnegar, was there early for the appt, knowledgable about all things garage door and replacement and had the new garage door installed the next day by noon. He even went out of his way to drive to Orlando to get the model we wanted. Great company, great service — 5 out of 5, would recommend and already have!
