The salesman sold me garage doors for 4, 500k. The salesman/ installer was the same person who failed to tell me the garage doors wouldn't work when he left because we didnt have electric. As he finished the job he told me I would have to call an electrician in order for the doors to work, an extra 600 to 1000k I didnt expect. Had the technician made me aware I wouldn't have purchased the doors. I found it misleading, I'm a single wo.en and didnt budget it nor am I mechanically inclined.

Precision sent Craig out the next day on time . He was friendly and professional. I've been constantly breaking carriages on my garage door opener. Craig found over a dozen issues that were not installed correctly when the builder installed the door. He also was able to pin point other parts of the door that were worn out and also restricting the operation of the door making it harder for the door opener to operate correctly. Well worth the price to have the door and opener operating correctly.

When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. If you're looking for a garage door/opener company, look no further than Precision!

I would definitely recommend Precision! I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule and the technician Bryan was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple of options. He did not pressure me to go with the most expensive repair. After he was done with the repair he went over everything he did and explained the warranty. I had a Genie 3120 garage door opener installed and bearings replaced on the door. Bryan the technician did an outstanding job. Once installed he explained the system and programmed both cars. The belt drive replaced the old chain drive opener and what a difference - it is now hard to hear when the door is opening or closing. It is also nice to have the wi-fi app on my iPhone. I am really pleased with the opener and service.

First thing I want to say is that my technician, Joshua Figueroa definitely gets 5 stars from me. He was very knowledgeable, upfront with me and answered all of my questions. The cost is what through me off a bit. Got new springs put in, a center bracket and 2 brackets for the sides. Total cost was 865. When looking at the invoice, $80 for a ball bearing, $180 for a left and right bearing plate and 135 for a reinforcement bracket seems extremely marked up to me. Great work but I'll definitely be looking for a cheaper option the next go around.
