After he replaced the opener he made me aware of another issue with the weight of my garage door and the springs, etc. I agreed to his recommendations and I now have a new opener, and a door that doesn't make horrendous noises when it opens and closes and is very smooth. My installer was very knowledgeable. He told me what was recommended and gave me a few different options with what was needed VS. What could wait a little while. Also, He worked with me on financing options which was good considering the current economic situation that everyone is going through currently. He showed up early in the timeframe that was given. He was courteous and completed the job quickly and gave me his personal number if I had any questions for any reason. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. Thanks precision.

Moved into a new house and garage door wouldn't open. Door opener was also broken. Called Precision because reviews were all positive. John came out and evaluated the problems. Door hardware was a mess and needed a new opener. After about two and a half hours of replacing everything but the door, everything is working great. Thanks John.

Easily setup an appointment and tech came and checked to see what was needed and gave me options for materials and warranties. Work was done swiftly and professionally and very neatly.
