Granted I have had little to none experience with garage door companies, Precision Overhead Garage Door was, hands down, the most convenient, hassle-free, professional experience I've had getting something replaced. I was grateful for the 24/7 operator, but also grateful to use the website chat and book an appt the same day! The tech, Chris Pinnegar, was there early for the appt, knowledgable about all things garage door and replacement and had the new garage door installed the next day by noon. He even went out of his way to drive to Orlando to get the model we wanted. Great company, great service — 5 out of 5, would recommend and already have!

Precision installed a new door for me a few years ago. They did a great job. The door started acting up and I didn't know why so I called them out. They came out right away and explained to me that somehow the sensor got knocked and it was affecting the door not closing properly. They adjusted the sensor and everything was perfect again. They didn't even charge me for a service call. What great service and a great company.

A great company to do business with. I called them for a non-emergency issue on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. Prompt, professional, and friendly service. Service Tech Jesse Burns was excellent, he listened to our problems and concerns, diagnosed the problem(s), and offered us a number of options. No ordering of parts - he had everything needed for the repairs! He kept us apprised of the work and was great to work with. Thanks much and would definitely use you guys again! P.S. my only complaint is the door is too darn quiet now opening and closing! LOL

Mr. Jason Darling installed a new garage door opener on August 8, 2020. He arrived on time and was observing all COVID 19 protocols. Mr. Daring was very professional and explained the features and options of the different openers. After, the decision was made he started and worked tirelessly in 100 degree temperatures for about two hours installing the new garage door opener. Then explained the operation and equipment. Oh!!! he collected the money. Very pleased with the service and equipment.
