The guys who removed my 40 yr old garage door and installed a new Amarr insulated door did a great job and quicker than expected. When I purchased a new opener several months later due to an early Black Friday sale at one of the big box stores, I realized that the spring bearing bracket was in the way and that I did not have enough clearance to install the opener track due to my low garage ceiling. Seth came out and moved the spring and bracket out of the way and installed quick turn brackets that increased my clearance to 3 1/2", more than enough to install the opener/track. All with no additional charges! Great experience, company and employees.

Our garage was off balance and we called Precision. When they came they found out that they didn't place the springs correctly the last time they had repaired our garage door. So they took care of it this time and didn't charge us anything for it. Not even the service charge.
