We needed to have a very old system fixed. Interestingly our system was older then the technician who came to fix it. Our technitian was Tim Vaughn. He was outstanding. He was super knowledgable, through and fast. Tim also was very kind and patient. That is such an added bonus. It is so refreshing to deal with a competent, professional and nice human being.

Precision was fast . My door spring broke on. Sunday morning i called at 8am by 930 the guy was here by 1030 he was done . Fair price no extra charge for a weekend either .

Your company responded so quickly when I called I was amazed. You came out right away and your technician was great he knew exactly what we needed and had everything he needed right with him. It wasn't well we need to order this or wait for that.. Our old opener was about to break so we caught it just in time and it was not something we could do ourselves. Thank you for sending the tech out so quick. I felt bad that it was just that the sensor had been slightly moved. But I can say the roofer that was here and both learned in the process. Yes 5 Stars After doing my research I decided to call Precision. I knew what time and who was coming to my house. John Pappas was my certified technician. He did an inspection and went over all my options. He was professional and courteous.Gave me time to discuss the options with my family.The decision was to get the Belt Drive Garage Door Opener. What a difference from the old style. Couldn't be move pleased with the technician, the service and the product. Excellent Job!
