I called on Saturday, Chris came out on Sunday, earlier than promised (but called first to make sure it was OK!). He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem pretty quickly, and the charge was reasonable. He gave me some advice on service another door might need but didn’t push to get the order right then. I will call them back to fix that door when I’m ready. I wish all home repairs were this way!

This is a very competent repair and installation company. They are willing to educate you with no pressure as to the best short and long term solutions for your repair. James was great, and answered the silliest of questions. Mostly great prices, they are a little on the higher side compared to others on parts, BUT their lifetime warranty and quality of service is worth it. AVOID FUTURE HEADACHES, and use the most reliable and honest team out there. And no, I am not an employee.

Very satisfied. Planned to have an entirely new unit installed. To my surprise Carlos told me that mine could be repaired. He then explained why the unit had stopped working. By the time Carlos was done, the dooe was working better than when installed new. Very impressed with this company. Highly recommend!

Precision would have gotten 5 stars. I gave only 4 because I was not presented with a detailed estimate of what was going to be replaced repaired etc.. I believe on your home page that this is what was advertised. The tech was very courteous, professional and upbeat. After inspecting the job. He explained everything that was going to be done. He then presented me with a piece of paper with three prices. That dealt with the price of the repairs and length of warranty options. Other than that, I'm very happy with the work and would recommend Precision to my Neighbors.
