We were noticing odd sounds from our garage doors when they open, so called Precision for an assessment since your company had installed new springs cables etc and two new openers a few years ago. The technician called when he was on his way. Turns out the door sticks briefly on the new garage surface we had installed and is no cause for concern. He examined the functioning of both doors and everything is working fine. Very pleasant technician. We assumed there would be a service charge but turns out our doors are under warranty, so there was no charge. Very pleased with the service call.

I had an issue with my remote control, it would open my garage door but not close it. It turns out that the wires were not working properly. Arnold the technician advised me of this and fixed the problem. He also installed cables near the springs which adds extra safety. Thanks Arnold.

Noah Came out last saturday to look at my garage door, found out one of the springs broke and it put a bad bind on the door, it would not close all the way. He replaced all the hardware to the door from springs to the rollers he was there for about 1 1/2 hours and did a great job the garage door works like brand new now thank you precision JOB WELL DONE

My experience with Precision was a good one. The receptionist that took the call was polite and assisting. Even though my appointment time was later in the day, The receptions called back to advise me that a technician was available earlier, and could be at my house. The Residential Technician, Keith Allen was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He worked in a timely manner and advised me how to perform oil maintenance on the garage door. Allen left his card for any future questions or concerns that may come up. I would recommend Precision Door to any one.

James Mantsch was our technician today who fixed our garage door. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Our garage door was old and not operating very well so after discussion we decided it needed to be repaired along with the springs , keypad and bearings. What a difference! James showed us how to program our keypad for WiFi and other functions. We were pleased with his work.

We got several estimates for the same door style and installation. Precision gave us the lowest price and the estimator spent more time checking what would need to be done to install our new garage doors (replaced old ones) than the competitors. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and had the doors completed in good time. They not only had to reframe two of the doors, but unhooked and rehooked our existing openers. They also helped us reprogram our door openers. We are very happy with our new doors and the service Precision provided.

Started the morning off to a garage door that wouldn't open. I haven't used a front door key to the house in years and had no idea where one was. Called Precision Garage Door and they had me scheduled within hours. A short time after the actual tech called me to confirm he would be there. John T arrived on time.... took a few moments and identified a broken spring. Upon further inspection he pointed out some other issues to me that were just disturbing....whether it was the previous owner or subpar original installation, my garage door was a mess and unsafe.
