Mr. Jim Rapp; Yesterday early in the day I discovered my garage door was broken, would open only 2 inches and then go back down. I quickly looked up possible garage door companies, my garage door opener was the original to the initial owner and was approximately 12 years old. I phoned Precision and was told someone could be out between 4 and 8 pm. I had a conflict and asked if any other opportunities could be arranged and was told between 12 noon and 4 pm. I got a call from your business saying Christopher was on his way. Christopher Stephens came to my home and was very cordial and appropriate. He asked to assess the situation, which only took a few minutes and presented the option of replacement of essential parts or a new system. After applying logic to the information I chose a new system and Christopher installed a totally new system for $1900. I found Christopher to keep me updated and the install only took about 2.5 to 3 hours. He was very appropriate, explained the reason for the breakdown of the old system and gave good detail about how to operate the new system. This guy is good, professional and really was a joy to work with. He is someone to hold onto and represents you and your company very well. I think we may see him in the neighborhood as we have already given our card to one person and will keep his information available for others. Thanks for hiring him, and training him well. I contacted Precision for a quote because of their wonderful reviews on line. Chris came out to give the quote, and reinforced my thought that this was a good decision, due to his professional demeanor, knowledge of the product, and straightforward answers to my questions. Today the tech arrived early, which was wonderful from my point of view. He set right to work, quickly installing the door, opener and outside keypad. I now have the quietest door I have ever had. Three times now I had to look twice because I thought it was not working, but it was already finished opening or closing the door. Amazing. I highly recommend Precision!

Finding a service technician for anything these days is like playing spin-the-bottle...you never know what you will end up with. Yesterday the bottle stopped at Precision Garage Door Service. I was dubious but really hit the jackpot. Today, Carlos and Brian came out to diagnose my over 20-year-old garage door opener malfunction. Needing a replacement did not surprise me, but everything else did. Both gentlemen were pleasant, professional (in manner and attire), helpful, skilled, and efficient. In no time I had a new garage door opener for a price that I could afford. My only complaint? The door is too quiet…now I can’t hear my son sneak in, in the middle of the night. ? My technician, Jeffrey, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked with me to determine the best way to fix my issue on a tight budget. He advised me on future repairs that may pop up but did not pressure me into doing those repairs immediately. The office called me to move up my appointment time and Jeffrey called me when he was on his way then arrived when he said he would which is refreshing. I would highly recommend this company.

I called on Saturday, Chris came out on Sunday, earlier than promised (but called first to make sure it was OK!). He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem pretty quickly, and the charge was reasonable. He gave me some advice on service another door might need but didn’t push to get the order right then. I will call them back to fix that door when I’m ready. I wish all home repairs were this way!

This is a very competent repair and installation company. They are willing to educate you with no pressure as to the best short and long term solutions for your repair. James was great, and answered the silliest of questions. Mostly great prices, they are a little on the higher side compared to others on parts, BUT their lifetime warranty and quality of service is worth it. AVOID FUTURE HEADACHES, and use the most reliable and honest team out there. And no, I am not an employee.
