One late Saturday afternoon my garage door stopped working and I was leaving Sunday for a convention. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out later that afternoon! Garage door broke and was told appointment would be between 12-4 PM. I asked if any earlier to give me a call. I received a call around 10:45 AM and that Chris would be on his way. Chris called and showed up in about 10 minutes later. My top panel bent along with the aluminum bar, a hinge cracked and the bar that is screwed into the door from the opener wripped off. Chris Replaced the parts needed saved my top panel and was a real professional while doing all this. I used Precision in the past and I will always use them. They show up on the same day you call and get quality work and a warranty!

Called Percision and they sent out a technician to access the situation that day. I feared the worse - needed a new garage door opener, new spring and belt drive. It did come with new door cameras, keyless entry and 2 remotes. It cost $1400. More than I expected.Wayne was our technician And was very professional, courteous and did an amazing job.
