Chris was the technician who responded to my service request when I lost power and was unable to restore it. He arrived within the scheduled time and not only resolved my problem but took the time to show me how to avoid the problem in the future and other methods to properly maintain the system. He could not have been more polite, friendly and professional. He is a credit to your organization and hopefully will be properly recognized. Because of him and your product I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone I know who is in need of a quality garage door.
