I moved into a new home recently and learned as I moved in one of the garage doors was not working. Buying a new home is already stressful enough. I wanted to have everything working perfectly. Same day service, courteous and professional employees. Tried unsuccessfully to create the intermittent problem with door not closing. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. Our door collapsed out of the blue Saturday morning. We called and you sent a tech out the same day. We happened to be the last appointment at 6pm. Stephan our technician did not rush through it, he was attentive to all details and although only one door was an issue he took the time to make sure both our doors were adjusted correctly and safe.
