The specialist Albert was such a great help in going above and beyond in answering all of my questions, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and helping me solve this issue I was having with my opener. He not only spent the time to evaluate the situation and try to pinpoint the cause but also showed me other factors involved in the whole operation of the garage door itself that I might need to keep a watch on in the future just in case any problems arise. I called Precision based on using them in years past. Back then they were reasonable in sales tactics and pricing. Not so much anymore. Was quoted a spring repair among many up charges for a total of $2500+. I kindly asked for a copy of the quote and refused to have any work done. I never got a copy of the quote and one day later had a quote from another company and completed my repair for a 1/4 of the price. I have seen other complain of your pricing and you are taking advantage of people who don’t ask questions about what you are quoting. I was contacted by a supervisor, but you will not receive my business.
