This is a top notch business. They responded immediately and I received same day service. The initial man that came to my house was professional and sat down with me to decide on a repair or replacement. I decided on a replacement and the very next day I had a new garage door. The door looks beautiful and the installation is flawless. If I could give this corporation 10 stars I would. I also feel the pricing was fair and competitive with other establishments. When deciding on a repair or replacement the initial man that came to my house helped me make good choices so that I could stay within my budgeted amount. I highly recommend this company!!

My garage door wouldn't work and Travis responded to the service call. He quickly accessed the issue. A power surge fried the computer board. He explained my options and also which other parts looked like they needed to be replaced . He installed the new unit and other parts quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors! I was having issues with my garage door opener keypad. Making an appointment was easy and the young lady on the phone was very professional. The technician, Aaron, kept me informed as to his arrival time, and, when he arrived, he was very professional and pleasant. He quickly addressed the issue. Aaron also did a quick inspection of the garage door and lubricated all the hinges. He asked if I had any questions or other concerns. When he left, he thanked me for being a customer!
