We are very happy with the entire process. I called Precision at 8:30 a.m. to make an appointment for someone to come out and fix our garage door,it would not open. Tom arrived at 9:30 and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Within an hour the garage doors were fixed (rebuilt) and are like new now. He replaced the two large springs, the bearings and all the rollers . He applied the Angie's list discount and there is also a five year guarantee for any issues that should come up.
