The technician Bill was very polite and informative every step of the process. First he diagnosed the problem to be the motor had failed. He then offered two products that would meet my needs along with the costs. After I made my choice he explained how long it would take to replace the motor. His timing for the job was on point. Incredible service and stands behind their product. They installed my garage door a year and half ago. Then Hurricane Helene came and damaged my door. Carlos and his team were amazing. Came right out and saw all that we have been through and repaired the door under warranty for free. This was an unexpected and much needed gesture of kindness that I really needed. Our Lift-master remote garage opener just decided to stop working today Sunday! We called Precision and they were able to schedule same day service! Service is outstanding! Great care was taken by “Mike” to make sure everything met the highest standard. The only reason for scoring 4 out of 5 stars was due to the high cost of repairs. It was a bit of a shock for us. Price did not include a new opener. But we have no qualms about the job done.

I’m very happy with the increased reliability and smooth/quiet operation. Corbin balanced the big door, making for easy manual operation or auto operation. Well done!

I called Precision because I always see/hear the commercials and knew the company off the top of my head. I was extremely happy the technician was able to arrive same day and only a few hours after my call. Jackson Letterman was my technician and he was fantastic. Very professional. Very polite.
