After dealing with an incompetent company, the next time I had a garage door problem, I called Precision. I had seen their ad on TV and also in the newspaper. In May 2017 they replaced the 1 spring with 2 springs; in June 2019 they replaced the garage door opener; this time, there was a problem with the door not always closing. Chad Donovan came and immediately saw that the sensors were slightly off and straightened them. He also explained that the sun shining on the sensors could have caused the problem. In addition, he explained how the red light and the green lights on the sensors work. Chad was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and practiced the social distancing guidelines.

Mike F serviced my garage door on 3.3.20. He was right on time and very nice. I was worried at what the costs were going to be. but because I had an overhaul done a year ago on the system, all was under warranty to my surprise since I wasn't even aware what what they did merited it. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and very efficient. I would recommend Precision highly as they stand by their warranty.
