This was my first time using Precision Garage Door and I was quite happy about it. Christian provided the service and he was quite thorough inspecting the current opener and confirmed the issue. He provided quotes for repairing the current opener versus a new one. We opted for new since ours was about 20 years old. Great service and timely, he also helped set up our cars. Great guy.

I tried Precision because of your advertising. I planned on getting an estimate but when Robert came to our house he was very respectful, arrived on time. Robert was able to diagnose the problem right away and to my surprise had the parts to repair our garage door. It is very difficult to get anyone in the service industry in Florida to show up on time let alone be able to diagnose problems quickly and perform the repairs on the spot. Early this year I had a complete door rebuild by Precision. Last week I could not get the garage door to open so I called them about the problem. The very next day Robert came out to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Additionally they upgraded the wall console, chain drive inner slide, Safety Eyes and some minor tuneups at NO Charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional service's I received without asking them or mentioning I had a problem with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their garage door and if the need arises in the future I will use them again.

My garage door broke at night. I called Precision Garage door the next morning, and they sent Jesse to our house within 20 minutes. I work an hour away and can't leave work to meet him. My daughter let him amd he evaluated what was wrong and called me to discuss the repair. He offered to put a bandaid on fixing it, but suggested fixing my other issues i had. I trusted Jesse and to go ahead and fix it right. Now my garage door is quiet and works the way it should. We worked out some payment details and no more worries. This was the first time I used Precision and I have to admit it was a shot in the dark. I was not disappointed. I could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. I thought that all I needed was a new remote but Robert also found some other minor issues which he took care of. He also gave me a brief tutorial on how to properly take care of my garage door system. And the cost of the repairs and new remote was reasonable. This is a company I will seek again if needed.
