Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I could not have asked for a better technician or company. I called at 8am the morning of requesting an appointment for a new garage door opener installation and Jason arrived the same day before 10am. He was transparent in going through all of the available options and brands with pricing. He worked clean, quickly, and thoroughly and also took the time to explain every single last detail to me before leaving. I feel extremely confident in my new products and also in the company that I went with in knowing they will back their work always. 1000% recommend Precision and Jason for any of your garage door needs, I will never use another company.

Our garage door was about 20 years old and one day decided it was done. We called Precision and was quickly scheduled for a next day appt. Travis arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, was friendly, very professional and gave us several options of repair. We agreed on the price (5% veteran’s discount) and about 90 minutes later, we were all set to go. He explained all the features of our new motor AND took the time to program our car to open the door remotely. He cleaned up the garage and was on his way. I can say enough about our Tech Travis and the professional service we received. It’s nice to know that a company and its service people still care about giving great service to the customer. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone. They provided us with great quality service at a fair price.

I had used Precision Garage Door in the past and was very impressed with their work. Yesterday I had made a "Panic" call to them because the large garage door broke and I couldn't close it. They were so comforting scheduling me right away for a technician to come out and repair it. The young man, Luke, was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and he worked feverishly to not only fix the problem, but repair it to a new garage door...changing the worn out bearings, rollers, springs, cables. He was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this Company to anyone needing their Garage door fixed. And I personally want to thank Luke for his expertise and getting me out of a Panic Jam.

Precision had replaced the springs and some parts in the garage door about 2 yrs. ago and did excellent job. This time the opener died and they replace it with a new belt driven drive which is very quite. James, the technician was very cordial and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a very nice clean up job. Would recommend them for any of your garage door needs.
