This is my second time using Precision and I have been pleasantly pleased both times with the professionals and the person who answered the phone who scheduled them. Each time they have explained the issue and shown the solution but never oversold or overexplained. The professional Robbie was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had and showed me how to maintain the door as well. He explained what happened to the door and why and his recommendation for a new part. The price I thought was very reasonable and didn't try to upsell. He was very respectful and the repair didn't take long though he tested it out numerous times. I would recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I have had Precision repair several springs over the years. Precision’s customer service on the phone and their field techs are true professionals. The tech was a down to earth, polite and pleasant person to work with. I will continue to use their service because their employees are amazing! Highly disappointed at the way Precision Door handled my business. First I was told one costs while making the appointment. Upon arrival the guy literally gave me a quote 5x what I was quoted on phone for all these other parts I should upgrade. Once I argued it all I was given a quote for just the replacement of my springs. Then once the job was done I was told because I only did the springs and nothing else. I only get a 1yr warranty not 3. Just not what I expected from them. Never again will I contact you.

Chris came to my home this afternoon because this morning my garage only went up 3 widths instead of all 4 widths. It made a horrible noise and just stayed there. From my first outreach by phone, reached a person, not a machine. Briana (I believe, and apologize if I’m identifying her incorrectly.) She was professional, pleasant, courteous and listened to my problem; gave a choice of appointments and told me who the tech was. The technician, Isak, called prior to the appointment time and gave an ETA. He was prompt, listened to my problem and what I did to try to rectify, and what was still happening. He was so pleasant, courteous, and listened. He made professional suggestions I could understand, gave me a cost estimate and time line to correct the issue. Also provided instructions/suggestions that I could do in the future to maintain the door. Gave me time to operate the door -very patient. This is an excellent service company and the name Precision defines it well. Thank you.

Had the door freeze and it had jumped one side of the track. Another company could not send a service tech for “several days”. I called Precision and Isak the service tech was here the same day, and was even early. He did a great job of repairing the bent track, lubricating the door segments, replacing the spring and making sure the door operated better than it had in years! The cost for the work was very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with Precision’s performance.
