Had a problem this morning with our garage door and called early afternoon to have it looked at. A technician was at our home in an hour or so. Was able to fix it but we knew it was old and probably should discuss it. Wow, no sales pitch, just great answers and we felt so comfortable making a decision to get it done. We are so pleased with how quiet it is, an explanation so easy to understand. Set up new keypad, did our car remote, greased the tracks. There was nothing else he could explain as he did it so well the first time. He was a fine and caring young man. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service, repair or purchasing.

Travis the technician was very kind and professional. We had a spring snap and slam into the garage door, thankfully no one was in the garage, otherwise someone would have gotten hurt. Travis said Precision Door offers safety cables that attach into the new springs to prevent them from injuring should they snap again. I did not know that was even an option! I opted in for that and now I feel safer should that incident ever happen in the future. I have used Precision Doors in the past and will continue to for all of my garage door needs.

My garage door wouldn't work and Travis responded to the service call. He quickly accessed the issue. A power surge fried the computer board. He explained my options and also which other parts looked like they needed to be replaced . He installed the new unit and other parts quickly and efficiently. He also explained Everything I needed to know about the new unit .He did a fantastic job.
