My experience today was exceptional. I've become somewhat numbed and too easily accepting of marginal or worse customer service. My faith that someone can get it right has been restored. From the onset I was advised of what to expect following my call. Things went exactly as promised. Our technician arrived on time and had all the parts needed to complete the repairs in one visit. Arnold, our technician, was courteous and very thorough in his explanation of what was needed. There was no jargon or talking over my head, and he paused to occasionally ensure that I understood. My incredibly noisy yet fairly new garage door was installed by Banko. Arnold upgraded the "builder's grade" hardware/springs The door is now almost silent in its operation. I paid a fair price to resolve a deficiency that, based on reviews, I was unwilling to entrust to the builder's sub. Overall, just a really fine customer service experience. I HIGHLY recommend Precision.

I called Precision in Lutz, they said we can have someone out that afternoon. I didn't feel my situation needed same day service but it is wonderful to know it was an option. Keith called to let me know he was on his way on the day of the appointment. He explained the problem with my garage door and what it needed. Didn't take long for him to fix the problem. He even discussed potential future issues I might expect based on my garage doors age. Very friendly and professional. My garage door spring broke and I remembered the Precision's commercials that they will come anytime. It broke Saturday evening and I called them that day and they came out about 10a the next day. I was thrilled with that service. The tech was very professional and I liked their website because it showed the picture of the person that was coming. He did a fantastic job on my garage door and made it new again. I had him replaced everything that was old. It was 16 years old. I would definitely use them again. I even recommended them to someone else.

Employee (Christian),quality of work, and response speed for replacement (the same day) of the remote opener that was hit by lightning were 5 star quality. Purchased garage door opener, 3button remote,power surge, keyless entry. Just thought the final bill was a little high .. I guess you get what you pay for.
