Unfortunately the opener's erratic behavior did not re-occur while the technician was here and after thoroughly checking the system he could not identify the problem. He was kind enough to check out my sister's opener (next door) also and determined that it should be replaced. We were very impressed with Wayne (?) and will definitely use your service for all our future garage door related needs.
