Technician Jeremy Rossi arrived ahead of schedule and had me explain to him the problem we were having.He then checked the door and the opener and all components and reported his observations.He gave me several options to remedy the situation and we decided to purchase a new garage door opener.He also recommended fixing a few parts on the door that needed attention.He gave me pricing and told me the job would take several hours.He was done fairly quickly an then showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend your company.

On March 20, 2019, Josh and Austin arrived at my home at the appointed time to repair my garage door. I was extremely impressed with these young men in the way that they conducted themselves. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and worked for hours repairing my garage door. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to others in need of their services. Precision Garage Door Service is a fantastic company. I have been a customer for years dating back to when I lived in Jacksonville, FL prior to moving to the Tampa/Hudson area in 2011. I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie's knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there! I’ve used Precision Overhead several times. I’ve always received good service. They are a little “pricey” but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from initial telephone contact to the completion of the repair. My old garage door opener finally died. The tech that was assigned to my repair was awesome! He contacted me to advise of his arrival. He took the time to assess the issues and gave me my options. The work was completed in a timely manner. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Good Afternoon, Wanted to let you know that the service I received recently was EXCEPTIONAL. The initial phone call was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I believe her name was Topanga. She was able to schedule an appt the next day (Sunday) which I truly appreciated. The technician, David C., came out first thing Sunday morning and greeted me with enthusiasm and again, professionalism. His technical expertise was matched with his dedication to perfection which resulted in the timely repair of my garage door. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, how certain aspects of the track system worked and provided training on how to perform homeowner based maintenance. At no point did he try to up-sell any product since the initial call was for adjustments/inspection. Thankfully, he did find a minor crack in a part which would certainly have failed if left unnoticed. This is the second time I have used PDS and will continue to do so in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My comment is trying to get my invoice mailed to me. I was not able to receive this through my e-mail so called and requested the invoice be mailed to me. I was told this would be done but when I did not receive this in the mail called again. I was told it had not been done and would be sent that day. I find this unsatisfactory as I have no paper work for the work that was done.
