We had purchased a new door from Precision in 2016. We had not had any problems until now when it had become very noisy when opening and shutting. Michael, the tech that came out, immediately reported to us that our door had no issue other than the springs and certain hinge and roller areas needing lubricating. Something we should have been doing a couple of times a year. He was nice enough to do this for us, show us how it is done, and leave us a can of spray. He said they go over this when doors are installed, which I am sure they probably did. I remember the installation was very professional and we were very impressed at the time. Michael was very pleasant, prompt and had our door working quietly in no time. Highly recommend this company!

A 1 service. My garage door opener works perfectly. Had a tune-up done & sensors were replaced. Reasonable rates also. I will definitely use them again when we are ready for a new replacement unit.

Two years ago the torsion system in my garage door was broken so I called Precision Garage Door Service to have it fixed. I chose this company because of their TV advertisements, which claimed they were a reputable company. Recently my garage door came off the track, so I called them to have it repaired. The technician, Mike, quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable...such a pleasure to work with. Since I had purchased a new torsion system from them when the old one broke, they did not charge me for this service. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

I contacted Precision for a quote because of their wonderful reviews on line. Chris came out to give the quote, and reinforced my thought that this was a good decision, due to his professional demeanor, knowledge of the product, and straightforward answers to my questions. Today the tech arrived early, which was wonderful from my point of view. He set right to work, quickly installing the door, opener and outside keypad. I now have the quietest door I have ever had. Three times now I had to look twice because I thought it was not working, but it was already finished opening or closing the door. Amazing. I highly recommend Precision!

Finding a service technician for anything these days is like playing spin-the-bottle...you never know what you will end up with. Yesterday the bottle stopped at Precision Garage Door Service. I was dubious but really hit the jackpot. Today, Carlos and Brian came out to diagnose my over 20-year-old garage door opener malfunction. Needing a replacement did not surprise me, but everything else did. Both gentlemen were pleasant, professional (in manner and attire), helpful, skilled, and efficient.
