Fantastic company to deal with. Friendly, willing to explain all the questions you have. Jeremy Rossi came out to find out what trouble we were having. After doing a complete inspection of our garage door we needed to replace a lot of things. In the end, we decided to replace the entire door. Jeremy was great and was willing to do anything that we wanted. We made an appointment for the following week. Carlos Morales installed our door and was very professional, couldn't be nicer. When he was finished he was sure to explain all that he had done and also how to care for it. wonderful company!!!!!

Our door collapsed out of the blue Saturday morning. We called and you sent a tech out the same day. We happened to be the last appointment at 6pm. Stephan our technician did not rush through it, he was attentive to all details and although only one door was an issue he took the time to make sure both our doors were adjusted correctly and safe. Your same-day service is great. James Mantsch was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He diagnosed the problems with the door opener system you had installed years ago, developed a three-tier cost estimate, and explained it clearly. He had all the materials required to replace the spring and install a new system for us and worked efficiently to get the work done. He communicated all along the way, completed the work, cleaned everything up, and did a walkthrough of the setup and operation of the new system. I cannot say enough about this great technician. You guys rock!

Precision had replaced the springs and some parts in the garage door about 2 yrs. ago and did excellent job. This time the opener died and they replace it with a new belt driven drive which is very quite. James, the technician was very cordial and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a very nice clean up job. Would recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

Five stars don't do you justice!! My tech today was Joshua Hink. He had to replace two springs on my two car garage door, one of which was broken. Since both springs were 18 years old, he recommended replacement of 7 year warranty springs. A professional job done in less than an hour, and he did arrive prior to the assigned appointment. Called first thing on a Monday morning after part of our garage door broke over the weekend. By 10:30 am Joshua Figueroa arrived to get it repaired. I had to mention Joshua by name because he went above and beyond in making the necessary repairs. Very knowledgeable and professional, full 5 star service. Would highly recommend.
