I cannot express how impressed we are with Precision and their employees. We have had a difficult reoccurring issue and Tyler has taken it upon himself to do everything he can to make sure it is resolved and we are happy. Tyler, Andrew and a trainee came out today to monitor the issues and make some adjustments. All businesses should take a page from Precision and their employees.

Our garage door opener is 20 years old. We wanted a tune up and check to see if we needed an upgrade. Austin Orton, our technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He didn't try to pressure a sale just was very honest on what could happen and what was becoming worn out. He had all the components on his truck to replace the opener, gears, track, wheels and key pad. I was very impressed with his skill and customer service. The repairman showed up on time. It took him about 2 hours to repair the 2 garage doors. I was given an estimate of the total cost to do the job and I thought it was terrible high. But I agreed to pay it as I needed for the doors to be repaired. After closely reviewing the printed receipt, I realized why it was so high. There were items that were unexplainable. I called the office to talk to the owner but he was not available. I will see what he says and make a separate report. As of now I do not recommend their services.

After doing a complete inspection of our garage door we needed to replace a lot of things. In the end, we decided to replace the entire door.
