Stephan our technician did not rush through it, he was attentive to all details and although only one door was an issue he took the time to make sure both our doors were adjusted correctly and safe. Precision had replaced the springs and some parts in the garage door about 2 yrs. ago and did excellent job. This time the opener died and they replace it with a new belt driven drive which is very quite. James, the technician was very cordial and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a very nice clean up job. Would recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

Five stars don't do you justice!! My tech today was Joshua Hink. He had to replace two springs on my two car garage door, one of which was broken. Since both springs were 18 years old, he recommended replacement of 7 year warranty springs. A professional job done in less than an hour, and he did arrive prior to the assigned appointment. Called first thing on a Monday morning after part of our garage door broke over the weekend. By 10:30 am Joshua Figueroa arrived to get it repaired. When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn't get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. If you're looking for a garage door/opener company, look no further than Precision!

Austin responded in a very timely fashion when my wife crashed into the garage door, there was no way it would close after she was finished. He was very personable and worked quite efficiently. I was so impressed I ordered an additional garage door opener install for my third bay door as well as replacing old parts of an existing unit.
