The technician Bill was very polite and informative every step of the process. First he diagnosed the problem to be the motor had failed. He then offered two products that would meet my needs along with the costs. After I made my choice he explained how long it would take to replace the motor. His timing for the job was on point. Very pleased with his professionalism.

Service is outstanding! Great care was taken by “Mike” to make sure everything met the highest standard. The only reason for scoring 4 out of 5 stars was due to the high cost of repairs. It was a bit of a shock for us. Price did not include a new opener. But we have no qualms about the job done.

I have said it before and when I had my door initially installed back in May, I wanted to use a good reputable company. I didn’t want to try using a local Handiman to save a few dollars. I’m so glad I made that decision. Due to mobility issues that I have now,there is no way I could go up on a ladder to link the opener with my Aladdin app. The check came here and did it all for me and refused to charge me. I absolutely highly recommend precision door for anyone that needs a garage door. It may cost a few bucks more, but absolutely well worth every penny!
